By accessing or using Draftoo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Draftoo is a free online whiteboard that allows users to draw, sketch, and collaborate in real time. No account is required. Boards are temporary by default and may expire after a period of inactivity.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

4. Content

You retain ownership of any content you create on Draftoo. We do not claim rights over your drawings or data. However, shared boards are accessible to anyone with the link.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that boards will be preserved indefinitely. Boards may expire or be deleted without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draftoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
